This immediately start Gémino's sidequest, The Desire of the Corrupted.

You have to defeat her for the The Sister trophy.

Simply do not heal (press ) during any boss fight and the trophy should pop when you finish the game. Beat every boss without healing: This is required for the Requiem Aeternam trophy. If you are diligent in picking up items/collectibles and completing sidequests while playing this will (drastically) cut down clean up-time. This means that you are able to go back and get everything without worries at the end. This walkthrough, will however help you through the game so that you do not miss any missable items/trophies along the way. This walkthrough won't tell you how get each and every item in the game.Due to this, I will write the guide from the standpoint of you going through the game twice (at least partially).īefore we start, here are few things you should keep in mind while playing the game: While this is easily achievable if you know your way around the game, doing it on your very first run might mean that you will forget to do certain side activities required for other trophies and also suck out some of the enjoyment out of the game. For this trophy you have to reach the halfway point of the game in three hours or less. You can get both in one run with a bit of save scumming though. Technically they are two trophies that would require you to play through the game (partially) for a 2nd time: One being Crossings Souls OR Rebirth, depending which one you get in your 1st run through the game. Having said that though, as long as you keep in mind a few things while going through the game you should be fine so don't stress other it too much. There are a lot of missable trophies due to the fact that you can reach cut-off points for some of the sidequests and thus won't be rewarded with upgrades that allow you to reach certain other places/get yet other items which are tied to more trophies.

Trophy-wise the game has your typical array for this type of game: Beat all bosses, get all the collectables, complete all sidequests and do a short speedrun. Fight your way through the abominations the inhabitants of this land have become and find true salvation in penance. Do you like Dark Souls? Can't get enough of Metroidvania's? Ever wondered what would happen if you transported Hollow Knight into a world ravaged by religious blasphemy, living out its version of the Spanish Inquisiton? Then you have come to the right place! The story follows our hero, The Penitent One, as he travels through the land of Custodia, which has been ravaged for centuries by The Miracle, a mysterious, supernatural entity, manifesting itself in blessings and curses upon the people of the land.
